After getting an appointment with the doctor, when a patient comes, he/she should bring ECG,Echo and Angiogram, investigation results, if any. If not already taken, Angiogram is not a must. Lipid profile blood and urine sugar level and hemogram reports are compulsory. Appropriate treatment is prescribed after the study of these reports. |
